Hello Everyone, I'm Dr. Roots.. Compliment of the season. 


I WELCOME you all to Year 2025, Please note that in this New Year, one or two mild sicknesses may want to arise, sometimes its normal (body no be firewood), but don't panic, our body is designed to heal itself, but if that sicknesses persist (prove stubborn), I'VE OUTLINED SOME SOLUTIONS below.. 👇🏾 


HEADACHE may come, it'll go by Itself, it's mostly triggered due to stress. Just sleep and avoid pressing phone in darkness.


STOMACH ACHE may come, drink enough water to free your bowel, if persist, squeeze scent leave and drink, it'll relive you. it mostly happen due to what you eat or drink. (By Dr Roots) 


BODY PAIN may come, don't panic, wait for few days, if persist, pound local black soap (ose dudu) with Chenopodium Ambrosioides (ewe Arunpale) and use it to bath. Also drink fresh ginger tea. And stay away from cold water or weather.. Avoid stress.


COUGH may come, don't panic, use bitter kola to touch honey and bite.. Avoid drinking cold water at this time. 


COLD or FLU may come, don't panic.. Wait for few days, if persist, put fresh scent leave in very hot water and inhale the steaming coming out of it.. Do it for 5 days respectively.. You'll be okay. It mostly caused by allergies or weather. (By Dr Roots) 


INTERNAL PILE may come, it's normal, we eat food everyday, just boil the Roots of pawpaw tree in water, drink a teacup twice daily. It'll help you. And avoid sitting on toilet seat for long. 


Your BLOOD PRESSURE may spike, this may not need medicine at first for few days, just relax, eat food less in salt, excersise regularly, have good 6-7 hours sleep at night, and live stress-free life. Don't rush to doctor to avoid being prescribe pharmaceutical medication that you will use for the rest of your life.. 


Your BLOOD SUGAR may spike, boil fresh Bitterleaf together with locust beans (iru wooro) in water, drink a teacup twice Daily.. Avoid sweet foods or fluids and white bread. Excersise regularly. 


You may FEEL DIZZY sometimes, it may be due to stress or low PCV (blood), eat more of vegetables, especially Ugwu vegetable or garden egg leaves vegetable.. They works.


You may experience HEART PALPITATIONS, it's normal sometimes, but if persist, it may be due to anxiety or panic attack, just get ginger and garlic, boil in water and drink time to Time. High Blood pressure or Angina can also cause it. But if it become more severe, see a doctor for proper check up. 


You may find it DIFFICULT TO SLEEP, it's normal, it may be due to overthinking, stress, or high blood pressure, just put a tablespoons of Original honey in warm water, and drink.. It'll relax your nerve and makes you sleep, avoid pressing phone or computer at this time of the night. And find a best spot that relaxes you. (By Dr. Roots) 


You may experience DIARRHEA, WATERY STOOL , don't panic.. Don't eat anything sugary, but eat brown unsweetened bread, and enough water, it'll stop it. Watch what you eat, avoid food poisoning or contaminated foods. 


You may notice FREQUENT URINATION, this may cause by high blood pressure or high blood sugar, prostate enlargement or infection.. Get cida acuta leaves (Ewe isokotu) with sandpaper leaves (Ewe eepin) boil with water and drink a teacup twice daily until improvement, if frequent urination still persist, pls see a doctor to run proper check up/scan.

Please avoid drinking unknown or unprescribed herbal concoctions in the name of drinking herbs, you may harm your health by drinking wrong herbal combinations. But Consult a professional herbal practitioners.


Please avoid excessive alcohol, any amount of alcohol can harm your health, even if mixed with herbs, pls drink responsibly. Follow the usage instructions. Avoid anything that makes you high (intoxicate). It'll damage your blood vessels.


Please know this, CIGARETTES or SHISHA WILL KILL YOU. 


Please avoid eating junk foods or drink excessive carbonated drinks coz of unnecessary weight gain. Minimise fried foods coz of high cholesterol, high blood pressure and fatty liver. (By Dr. Roots) 


Just because Medication makes you feel good doesn't mean it safe to be taken everyday, what makes you feel good, can easily kill you.


Avoid stress at all cost, Don't priotise money over your health, so that you don't end up spending it on sickness.. And if you develop heath issues while working under someone, you will be replace immediately and be forgotten. Be wise!


Read the label or ask questions before you drink or eat anything you don't know, just because it sweet in mouth doesn't mean it won't kill your stomach. Remember, one man's food, is another man's poison. (by Dr Roots) 


My dear READER, this year, frustration will come and go, sadness will come and go, but if you choose happiness and it'll stay and help you trend through. Sometimes you'll broke, another time you'll have enough money, people will make you mad, people will make you happy. Expect alot of good things but brace up for bad moments, avoid peer pressure. There will be rainy season, there will be dry season.. All shall pass.


Above all, be prayerful, be strong, be vigilant, be watchful and be absolutely careful.
