As an Educationist, My theory is based on

As an Educationist, My theory is based on; Saturation, Incubation, Illumination and Verification. That is:
- Listen to those who have already achieved and think that we can do likewise.
- Understand that achievement does not just happen to a few, selected people.
- Take advantage of the opportunities to learn from any source that can teach us.
- learn from the mistakes (as well as achievements) of others.
 In my opinion, the base of personal preparation and achievements comes more from reading than any other source.
