LONG-LIFE KEY
1) BE CONTENTED WITH WHATEVER YOU HAVE.
2) EAT LITE AND NATURAL FOOD.
3) TAKE A LOT OF WATER.
4) DRINK WARM WATER IN THE MORNING.
5) TAKE A 30-45 MINUTES WALK.
MAKE IT A DAILY ROUTINE.
